1. Digital Service Acknowledgment

All services offered by Affordable SMM are digital products. Once an order is submitted, it is processed automatically or manually and cannot be reversed.

2. No Monetary Refunds

• Affordable SMM does not issue refunds to the original payment method.
• Any approved refund will be credited only as balance to the user’s Affordable SMM account.
• Account balance credits are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund in the form of panel balance may be granted only if:

• The service fails to start and cannot be delivered.
• A technical system error prevents service fulfillment.
• The order remains completely undelivered after a reasonable processing period.

All refund decisions are made solely by Affordable SMM.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• The order is partially or fully delivered.
• Drops occur after service completion.
• The user submits incorrect order details, including links or usernames.
• The target account is private, restricted, suspended, deleted, or banned.
• Delays are caused by platform updates, maintenance, or third-party providers.
• Dissatisfaction without an actual service failure.

5. Username or Link Changes

• Users are responsible for keeping their username and link unchanged during order processing.
• If a username, profile URL, or link is modified after placing an order, the order will be considered completed or invalid.
• Affordable SMM does not track username changes.
• No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.

6. Service Quality Selection

• Services labeled as bot, low quality, or non-guaranteed are offered at reduced pricing and carry inherent risks.
• By choosing these services, users accept the possibility of drops, delays, or inaccuracies.
• No refunds will be issued for issues related to service quality when such services are selected.

7. Partial Delivery Policy

• If an order is partially delivered, a partial refund may be issued only for the undelivered portion as account balance.
• Delivered portions of any service are non-refundable.

8. Duplicate or Overlapping Orders

• Placing multiple orders for the same link or account at the same time is done at the user’s own risk.
• No refunds will be provided for issues caused by duplicate or overlapping orders.

9. Completed Orders

• Once an order status is marked as Completed, it is considered final.
• Completed orders are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

10. Abuse, Disputes, and Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or refund abuse may result in:

• Account suspension or termination.
• Forfeiture of remaining account balance.
• Permanent restriction from using our services.

11. Policy Modifications

Affordable SMM reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
